Tomato Feta Penne

 

Ingredients Instructions
1 lb penneCook in boiling water to al dente.
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp minced garlic
Sauté in skillet over medium heat.
1 28-oz can tomatoes Add to skillet, cook 4 minutes and toss into drained pasta.
12 black olives
1/2 cup parsley
6 oz feta cheese
Halve olives, chop parsley, tear basil and crumble feta.
1/4 cup basil,
1 tsp thyme
Add to pasta and sauce. Toss again
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Sprinkle over pasta
