Stir-fry Shrimp

Here's a quick impressive meal for guests. Just add a spring salad and your favorite wine.

Ingredients Instructions
1 lb angel hair pasta
1 tbsp oil, 2 tsp garlic & 1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes.
Boil pasta to al dente. Set aside.
Saute in a skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute.

1 lb peeled, deveined

Add shrimp to skillet and stir-fry for 1 minute.

3 tbsp sherry (optional)

Add sherry to skillet and stir-fry 30 seconds.
Add Shrimp to pasta.

2 tbsp chopped parsley, 1 tbsp oil,
1 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cayenne
2 tbsp lemon juice.

Add seasonings to pasta and shrimp.  Toss all.
